Do your research when looking for car insuran

Had to file a claim because my landlord backed into my car while it was parked in my driveway. Everyone I talked to was very nice. Called the claims adjuster a few days before I brought my car to the body shop to make sure the rental car was set to go. I was told over and over again that there was a reservation set up and ready to go whenever I needed to pick it up. Dropped my car off and walked over to the rental building only to be told that there was no reservation set up for me. I was stranded for almost 2 hours before I was able to get a ride for me and my 8 month old daughter. I am absolutely disgusted with how they lied to me. I'm definitely going to be looking into different insurance companies.

Windshield

This was the worst experience I ever had I guess the don't fix your windshield unless it fall out of your vehicle? The people treat you like your bum and if you get cracks and sand blasts by sand truck your on your own and that just ware and tare ? I guess you have to lie to them ? As long your still dry when your drive down the road there no reason to fix and who cares if you see out of it . I guess full coverage Is joke

The WORST adjuster #9

I had been with state farm ever since I was 19yrs old stayed with them after my marriage in 1987-in 2009 I hit a tree-this was a near fatalaccident I was air lifted to uofm hospital & days later to 2 broken ankles, broken right knee closed head injury chest tubes on both sides of my body some kind a thing around my neck because they thought I'd broken my neck left shoulder issues woke to tooth pain because of shotty care at uofm when they catheterized me I now have urethral stricture issues -not too thereafter it was then I discovered what kind of a 'neighbor' they truly are My 1st adjuster'pat' let me know she seen "...hundreds like me..." they've spent thousands of 💵 sending me to their IME's in an effort to shut down my claim one ailment/segment at a time-meanwhile none of my issues from the accident have gone away I still suffer from all of them PLUS early onset of arthritis now & further issues with my feet at one point-I was advised by the present #9 adjusters supervisor that-" ...she just wants what's best for you..." All I could think is how could SHE possibly know what is best for me-or care she WORKS for this company Have any ? I warn u Insure at your own peril This CO has the oddassity to advertise that we as a society should volunteer when they advertise something they are NOT! They MAY cover your car but they will not EVER take care of you so be VERY careful who you trust because state farm is one VERY ruthless & scary neighbor once u get to know them

Disability Claim Nightmare!

Issued me a disability policy that cost over $100 a month. Which I have been paying on for over a year. Supposed to pay in the event I become disabled and unable to work. I became too sick to work in April of 2017. Filed a claim. It has been over 5 months and they still have not approved the claim. I have been out of work under a doctors care and without income for OVER 5 months! And now they are trying to prove pre-existing condition. You get insurance to protect you in the event something unthinkable happens so that you and your family are protected. Not to be given the run a round and stressed out and unable to pay your bills or feed your family! STAY AWAY!!!

Claims

I recently had to do a car claim on my car for water damage getting in my engine and they didn't come get my car for awhile and while they had it took forever plus lost my car and turned around and said they didn't find no damage and on top of that didn't have a professional look at it when they were supposed to take it to rydells and so I had to figure out a way to get it working and been having problems with it since and they don't want to do anything and with pricing they up my insurance every time I renew it and I can't afford to go to a new insurance company at the moment but when I can I will definitely not ever go to State Farm again worst insurance I've had.

Rip off

Went to Sarah Sharps agency in Pigeon Forge, TN. Needed liability insurance for my 2005 Subaru. Justin was the agent that spoke to me. Charged me $1,293 for 6 months. I paid cash. After leaving their offices I decides to compare prices with some of their competitors.....found out that they were charging me 3 times the amount that other agencies were charging. Since I had already paid cash, I decided to keep that policy ...it was only a 6 month policy. However....I have not been contacted to renew or anything. Policy expired 2 days ago and they have completely ignored me. I will NEVER use State Farm again. Very disappointed in the price gouging and lousy customer service from this agency.

Bad customer Service

My car was struck while parked in front of my residents by a vehicle that was insured by State Farm that happen 6/30/2017. State Farm has declared my car a total loss and it is 7/14/2017 still haven't received my payment and they have my vehicle and title in their possession. Called the 1800 number on rep tells me one thing and another rep tells me another. Get it together state farm. I need my money now. Had to give it a star so I can post my review they don't deserve any.
