Worst insurance ever!!!! Stay away

I had the worst experience with this company. Stay away. They raise your price without telling you. You're waiting on the phone for 20 minutes before you speak to someone. I did exactly what they asked for and they still raised my price. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!! Geico and Liberty mutual are so much better and professional. Liberty mutual actually call you when something is about to cancel.

How can someone pay full coverage insurance from progressive for their vehicle and hit someone's car, they are 100% at fault with a ticket from the cops and progressive wants to pay 80%😈

Worst Company EVER!

This company rips you a new hole in price and service! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! My price skyrocketed on frivilous fees and I actually paid on another account using my social security number as another way to get to my policy! They are insane and a joke of an insurance company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Worst service

I was hit by a progressive insurer 1 week after a different progressive insurer hit me and after my car was already fixed. The first one was before christmas, which I went to flagstaff and wasn’t able to snowboard because of my injury,and the second one was before New Years.I was wanting to handle it before I left the country and I assumed it would be smooth, but I was mistaken. I was extremely uncomfortable on my flight, and wasn’t able to go surfing or jet skiing and it completely affected my trip. I was assigned Robert (bobby) S Gerlock at the Phoenix Progressive location and within the first minute I was on the phone with him he was extremely rude, unprofessional, kept sighing over the phone and speaking over me. When I would try to get a word in he would talk louder so I didn’t have a chance. To make matters worse he hung up on me and I had to call him back and he told me “it seems like you’re busy” . Ultimately after enduring as much disrespect as I could , I told him I would have to call him back when I got back into the country. So once I was back I called him and it was even worse. The disrespect, complete lack of professionalism, insensitivity, wouldn’t allow me to speak, and he told me to stop interrupting and let him talk. I felt like I was being verbally attacked. I told him I would like to speak to his supervisor and he told me “my supervisor is right here listening to this call” and kept on saying what he was saying. I finally told him he was being so rude and unprofessional and that I had a complete different experience with the other adjuster,( even though there was issues there she never raised her voice with me or was rude), and that I would call him back. I have contacted the supervisor now and am waiting for a response . Ultimately, I would say this company seems to not care what so ever about customer service and I would never change insurance company and I have already told several people about this horrid experience. I was the one injured in this situation and I feel like I’m on trial for murder.

Accident claim

I've had Progressive for close to a year now filed a claim when my daughter had an accident in my car it had to do with a deer crossing the jolt from the accident messed up the computer system cause the windows to quit working and the radio shuts off on its own because these two things can't be directly related to the crash Progressive refuses to pay for them but they expect my payment each and every month not a very happy camper right now😤

Fuck this auto insurance company

So I filed a claim yesterday and received a call today saying my plan got canceled because of no payment on the 28 th but bill is do on the 12th of next month . And my car will not be covered for accident my wife got into. I suggest go elsewhere for better insurance and not this piece of shit

Progressive the worst ever!

This is the worst insurance company I ever had! First, they told me one price and then, took two thousand from my son card. Bad business! Then I tried to cancel the shit, and they told me they could not, cause even though the car is insured, my son name is not on it. But keep in mind he is on the resistation! What about the car is insured that is hard to understand! I give you all not one dam star! Who wouldn’t change company, if they found something cheaper? It’s as if they were going to make me keep the insurance. You on the phone arguing with a customer! Unprofessional asses! If they were the last insurance company on earth, I would rather go to jail, than to mess with progressive!
