Company promises yet doesn't deliver
I switched to AllState auto insurance about a year ago, after shopping around for insurance quotes, since the plan I had been with since I started driving increased rates suddenly, after over a decade. AllState auto said they were able to offer what my then-current company was offering, for a much lower price, so I switched providers. I sent AllState a copy of my current plan, with the understanding that I would be receiving the same coverage I held previously, through this new provider. I later find out that only 1 of the 2 cars on the policy had coverage. This is nowhere near the coverage I had with my previous insurance company, where both vehicles had full coverage. Thoroughly disappointed in the lack of response from AllState, I canceled my policy with them, contacted my previous insurance company and now have a clear, concise plan that is understood by both the policy holders and the insurance company.
